It's easy to put your mental health on the back burner when life feels full with work, relationships, family and everything in between. Tryve helps you move from surviving to thriving with simple steps, practical tools and a supportive community.
It's not about being perfect. It's about trying.

The wellness spectrum
Mental wellbeing sits on a spectrum, and most of us move along it many times in a life. Tryve exists for every point on it, with the aim of helping more people spend more of their time at the thriving end.
If you're in crisis right now, please go straight to the 24-hour helplines below.
Why "Tryve"?
Tryve is a community-centred mental wellness community. We create space for open conversations and share resources that make mental health and therapy easier to talk about.
We empower young adults to prioritise their mental wellbeing in a sustainable, stigma-free way, through meaningful conversations, offline experiences and practical, accessible resources.
Our vision is a world where mental wellness is as understood as physical health, where people embrace self-care without shame, connect beyond screens and thrive in a supportive, informed community.
Rooted in Singapore, with a second home in the Netherlands.
Our events
A morning or afternoon without your phone. Inspired by the mindfulness and digital detox gatherings Tiffany found in Amsterdam, each edition hands you analogue things to do (a typewriter, a colouring book, a journal, a stranger to talk to) and gives you back a few unhurried hours.
Tryve's first event, held in Singapore for World Mental Health Day.
The first edition, with NOST Singapore. Featured on Kiss92FM.
With The Black Mirror at Canopy Garden Dining, Changi Village, to the sound of the sea.
A year-end edition with No Sleep Club: phones surrendered, a reflective journey through past, present and future, and a mindful mixology workshop.
Our latest edition, above the city in Singapore. Photos below.
May 2026 · COMO, Singapore
Letters typed to our future selves, colouring at the bar, and long conversations with nothing buzzing on the table.

Earlier gatherings
Our first Screen-Free Saturday with NOST Singapore in October 2024, and some of the circles since.
